REFEM’s Kolanut is sourced from Southern Nigeria who account for 70% of the country’s production of this crop. Kolanut is used as flavor in sodas and as a supplement to increase energy or improve health. They are also used to boost metabolism, aid digestion by promoting the production of gastric acid, which increases digestive enzyme effectiveness in the stomach.

Kolanut increases circulation: The caffeine and theobromine in the kola nut helps speed up the heart rate, which increases circulation, boost energy levels by stimulating the central nervous system, which may increase alertness and boost energy levels. It is also known for its antibacterial benefits.
